10 Warning Signs of Poor Health

Instability that prevents standing or walking (ataxia or vertigo), double vision, blurred vision, blind spots, frequent mood swings, migraines or long-term headaches, fatigue, persistent cough, weight loss, irritability and lack of temperament, forgetfulness, chest tightness, lack of concentration and memory loss, constipation, nocturia, hair loss are all signs of poor health. Ataxia or vertigo can cause instability that prevents standing or walking. Double vision, blurred vision and blind spots can be a sign of a serious disorder and should be evaluated by a doctor. Traditional Chinese medicine doctors may recommend using suction cups, acupuncture, lifestyle adjustments or dietary changes to treat health problems.
